Good keyboard. A bit heavy, unexceptional battery run time, Worst feature: Screen brightness does not work in Windows 8. It can be made to work ONCE only when installed. Vaio used to be a mark of quality. It is now meaningless.

The WiFi only has one or two bars at most even when my other laptops are able to connect with full service. I called support and they were unable to resolve the issue even after downloading the new WLAN driviers. I just decided to return this to Amazon.

Right out of the box I was only getting 15% wireless signal strength. Updated the driver and went through level 1,2 and 3 Sony support. Final analysis was they could not fix it and I was offered the option to ship it to their service center somewhere in Texas. Since I only had it a few days I shipped it back and bought the Acer Aspire V5-471P from Amazon for about the same price. The Aspire has an i3 processor and a touch screen. I get a 100% wireless signal under the same conditions.
I am sorry to say Sony let me down.
